Canelones · private-neighborhood corridor
Camino de los Horneros
HUS’s other pole. Private neighborhoods, housing and small farms minutes from Carrasco, with a different logic of land and community.
Camino de los Horneros is the corridor that gathers La Tahona, Huertas, Los Olivos, El Quijote and other private neighborhoods. It is not a municipal barrio: it is a sequence of developments, each with its own rules, amenities and pace.
HUS works here because it is Carrasco’s natural counterpart: someone selling a house in eastern Montevideo often looks for a plot or housing in Horneros, and the other way round. The distance is measured in minutes, not another far-off department.
Who it suits
Families and investors looking for a plot, a house or housing with amenities and gated-community security, without going to Punta del Este.
